Orders placed with gamblersgifts.com are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery Service. USPS service is available for people who don't receive UPS shipments like P.O. Box destinations. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are calculated from Nevada shipping zone to your shipping location on actual size and weight of the merchandise you are purchasing.

Currently We only ship to Canada and the United States.

How does Gamblers Gifts ship to Canada?
We ship to Canada via UPS standard ground service and USPS Air Express. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Generally, packages may be delayed and held at your local customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?

Yes, we do. We can ship to APO/FPO address via USPS Postal Service.

What are my shipping method choices?

Ground delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Your order can be expedited with UPS via 3-day select, 2-day air or overnight. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Nevada and will normally arrive via ground service within 2 - 8 business days. Our preferred carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please specify USPS for any orders going to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless it is our mistake that caused your return.
Signature Requirements may be necessary for delivery to an Apartment, Unit or condominium.
Address Corrections made by our carrier will result in $10.00 charge.

Please note that weekend and holiday will not count as business days. If you live in California for example, shipping time from nevada is 2-days maximum, there is no need to do 2-day or 3-day select if you live in California. The overnight services are best for the east coast.

When do you charge my credit card?

When an order is placed, we will attempt to obtain an authorization for the order amount. An authorization will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. It is not the same as 'charging' your card. The order amount is reserved for up to 30 days. We utilize Address Verification Service to verify billing your credit card billing information. If the bank needs more info, we will send you an email message, or if necessary contact you by telephone. Your card is charged when we ship your order.

Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require an authorization, so that we can help cut down on fraudulent usage of credit cards, which is currently so prevalent on the internet. How long will it take before my order ships?
We do request 24-48 hours for all items that are in stock. It is possible that your order may ship the same day, if it is received before 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time; however it is not a guarantee. Gamblersgifts.com will do it's very best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing address or credit card information.

What if I receive a partial order?

To prevent any order processing delays, we ship all in stock items. Should you wish to substitute an out of stock item with another item, we'll be happy to ship the substitute item to help expedite your order, please let us know via email or our toll-free telephone number.

Do you charge sales tax?

Gamblersgifts.com is a Nevada-based company. All orders shipping to locations outside of Nevada are not subject to Sales Tax. Sales tax rates vary from county to county in the state of Nevada, your tax rate will vary depending which county you live in Nevada.

How do I get a tracking number?

Once we process your order, we will send the shipment tracking info via email from UPS. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking the package.

How can I change/modify an order?

You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail your exact changes, and your 4 digit order number to our processing department at info@gamblersgifts.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

How can I cancel an order?

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please send your cancellation request and order number to info@gamblersgifts.com. We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation upon cancellation. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 1-2 business days after we have confirmed the order didn't ship. If your order shipped we will need to receive the merchandise back and then your credit will be issued. Unless a product is defective customers will be charged for shipping on returned orders, customers will be credited the cost of the product minus shipping costs incurred.

Cancellations of custom orders

If you choose to cancel your order for custom poker chips, playing cards or game layouts before the order has shipped, there will be a 75% cancellation fee. However, we do not accept cancellations or returns on custom poker chips once your order has shipped out from us. How can I return an order?

Gamblers Gifts offers a 30-day return policy. If your order shipped to you and you don't want it, contact us via phone or email within 30-days of ordering to let us know and we will assist you in getting the products back to us. Please note if the entire order isn't returned and parts of it are missing; Gamblers Gifts reserves the right to adjust your refund accordingly. If you receive an order that is damaged please contact us and we will make arrangements to get a replacement order out to you and have the damaged merchandise picked up. You have the right to refuse a shipment if you receive a package that is obviously damaged upon arrival.

What if my product is out of stock

We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you purchased is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you a replacement item. You can decide to either have us ship it to you partial, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Our clay poker chips are made of high quality clay composite material. This chip is compress molded under extreme pressure and temperature, the same way to make the casino wager chips. The chip weights 11.5 gram, it is the closest alternative poker chips to regular casino chips.
The 11.5 grams composite poker chip is made of top quality composite resin with metal insert for the added weight. This is the heaviest chip in the market, featured in "Dice", "Suited", and "Super Diamond" three different chip designs. This is the most popular poker chips for home gaming use.
The 8.5 grams chips are made of high quality composite material, featured in two color "Suited" and solid color "Diamond" design.

1. How many chips do I need to buy?

The chip quantity needed varies by players on the game.

300 chips for 3-4 players
400 chips for 5-6 players
500 chips for 7-8 players
1000 chips for 9 or more players

2. What color break should I need for my poker chip set?

The typical color for Las Vegas casino chips value as following:

3. Can I request different chips color combination for my chip set?

You can specify what color chips you while placing your order If you want to get a different color combination for your chips set, specify the color choices while placing your order. To change the color chips you have already ordered simply call us toll-free at 866-669-0724 and we will make best efforts to accommodate your changes. If the order has already shipped we can not make changes to your order. You must tell us each color with quantity you want for your poker chip set. The quantity must be in multiple of 50. Your total chip quantity must equal to the chip set count. We will process your order base upon your request.

4. Do you customize poker chips?

We currently offer custom embossing on 8.5 and 11.5 gram chips. Initials and logos on chips make great gifts and promotional tools for your company or organization. If you choose to cancel your order for custom poker chips before the order has shipped, there will be a 75% cancellation fee. However, we do not accept cancellations or returns on custom poker chips once your order has shipped out from us.
